I just signed up for my first class! What should I expect?
Yay! We can't wait to party with you. All you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of wine if desired, and your creativity. We will check you in as you arrive. We will provide all materials, tools and instruction (and even some complimentary refreshments) you need to create a project you will be proud to show off!
How do private parties work?
Private Crafthouse parties are a great and unique way to get together with friends from the neighborhood, family get togethers, alumni events, corporate events, you name it! Pop Up Parties take place in a location of your choice with a minimum of 6 guests and pricing begins at $29. Studio Parties take place at our location at Om Base in Southtown San Antonio and require a minimum of 8 guests and pricing begins at $39. Once you contact us about a private party we will help determine the best workshop for your needs and desired theme and decide a date together.
I missed a workshop! Will you offer it again??
We carefully pre-set our calendar based on the latest trends and time-appropriate projects. However, if you missed a class that you were dying to take, feel free to contact us at hello@crafthousesa.com and we may be able to provide the materials and instruction for the missed class during another class session.
I signed up for a class but I can't make it! Now what?
Cancellations with a 48 hour notice are entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately, as our craftologists take special time and care to create your experience prior to the event, cancellations on the day of the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
